Joey laughed for the first time on New Year's Eve. I have been trying since then to get it on video. Every time I grab the camera, he looks at me like I'm crazy and stops doing whatever he was doing. Tonight I became impatient and decided a little tickling would get the video I've been trying to hard to get.
