There's something about him

There's something about little Joey, I can't quite put my finger on what it is. He has the ability to soften even the toughest of hearts. Whatever it is, I hope it's a quality he possesses for the rest of his life. Everyone who meets this child falls in love with him, no joke. And what's not to love.

Daddy's back from a week in Kansas City for work and he brought souvenirs. A shirt for Joey and a onesie for Baby Charlie!

Valentine's Party at School

Joey had his first Valentine's party at school. Complete with homemade valentine box and all. He picked out a monster-theme.

Back to the Ducks

I said it was a hit, maybe a slight obsession. Back to feed the ducks! He's getting closer and closer to them.

Cozy in Mommy's Bed

On the weekends and when he wakes up a little early on his own during the week, Joey loves to come into our bedroom and crawl into our bed. He will get cozy, snuggle in and watch cartoons, waking up slowly. It's super sweet and he loves to do it!

27 weeks

Well the second trimester is almost over! And I'm growing. :) I've noticed even more clear differences with this pregnancy. I can't get enough sweets! From cookies to candy, ugh the sweet tooth is terrible. Hopefully I won't have a million cavities after little Charlie arrives.

I've also started to notice the serious heartburn. More so than when I was pregnant with Joey. I've started taking more than just the occasional Tums to get through it. Hopefully this means that she will come out with a full head of hair, just like her brother did. :)

Pregnancy is coming right along. Next week, another appointment and the third trimester. For now, here's another belly shot. Unfortunately, it's another creepy bathroom selfie. I'm really discovering how horrible I am at them.
